Your data is locked away from everyone else

• ✓Every connection to Enable Labs, Dialler and Enable Time is encrypted (HTTPS), on every page.
• ✓Data is stored with Supabase, encrypted at rest, with daily backups.
• ✓Each practice's data is kept separate by rules in the database itself, checked on every single request. Another practice can't see your clients, times or reports, even by mistake.
• ✓Inside a practice, staff see their own time; only the practice owner sees everyone's.

Your clients' details stay yours

• ✓Client names, owners, ABNs and contact details are private to your practice. Enable Labs never uses them for marketing and never sells or shares them.
• ✓If you choose to tell a client about Enable Labs, the note comes from your own email address, and the client decides whether to look. We only record that a note was sent.
• ✓Built with the Tax Practitioners Board's confidentiality obligations in mind.

Accounts and passwords

• ✓Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so nobody at Enable Labs can see them.
• ✓Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Records you can trust

• ✓In Enable Time, every change to a time entry is kept in its history: what changed, when, by whom and why.
• ✓Months you have invoiced can be locked so they can't be changed or deleted by accident, and invoiced time is protected automatically.

Where your data is

• ✓The database is hosted by Supabase in Japan (Tokyo), and the app's servers run on Vercel in Tokyo too. Pages reach you through Vercel's network, including Sydney.
• ✓AI features only receive what you type or choose to send to them, to answer that request.
• ✓More detail is in our Privacy Policy, including overseas disclosure.

Blocked by your office web filter?

Our domain is new, and some office filters block every newly registered website for its first weeks, whatever its reputation. If you see a "blocked" page, ask whoever manages your IT to allow *.enablelabs.app. Enable Time also works at enable-time.vercel.app in the meantime.
